Dion’s inspiration to start Quality Touch Community Care came from a heart-wrenching experience. After witnessing a relative with disabilities being mistreated, he vowed to create a company where everyone, regardless of their abilities, would receive the highest quality care and be treated with the utmost dignity and respect. This personal commitment drives our mission every single day.

Our Story At Quality Supports, we believe in the power of efficient, high-quality virtual assistance to transform businesses and expand their impact. Our journey began with our founder, Dion Cashaw, experiencing firsthand the transformative power of virtual support.
A Leap of Faith Like many business owners, Dion was initially hesitant about hiring a virtual assistant. Despite encouragement from mentors, his wife, and fellow entrepreneurs, he was focused on saving time and money. However, taking a leap of faith, he decided to give it a try.
Exceeding Expectations Enter Tanya and Denise, our first virtual assistants. In just a matter of days, their work surpassed all expectations. The value they brought wasn’t just financial – it had a profound impact on the organization and efficiency of the entire company.
A Higher Calling For Dion, this experience resonated deeply with his personal calling to help others. He realized that virtual assistance wasn’t just about streamlining business operations – it was about enabling more impactful ministry and far-reaching positive change.
Tanya’s journey as a virtual assistant was an answered prayer. She started as a beginner VA, searching for global opportunities. With determination, she upskilled, invested in courses, and continuously learned new strategies. Despite not earning much at first, she still found ways to outsource work and create opportunities for fellow VAs.
Her faith journey was equally transformative. Growing up in church, she attended Sunday school, eagerly learning and later teaching children about God’s word. However, as life’s struggles and challenges arose, she found herself drifting away from her faith. Over time, she felt a void that nothing else could fill. She realized that the only way to find true peace and direction was to return to God. Slowly, she started going back to church, making prayer a part of her daily routine, and rekindling her relationship with Christ.
As she realigned her life with faith, she saw how God orchestrated every step. Becoming a VA was more than just a job; it was a means to serve others while fulfilling her spiritual purpose. Meeting Dion became another answered prayer, as she longed for a client who not only valued her skills but also shared her calling and beliefs. Now, she is not just a VA—she is a vessel for God’s work, helping fellow VAs and businesses while staying true to her mission of faith.
