The House of Faith
The House of Faith, founded by Dion Cashaw in April 2022, is not just an organization – it’s a movement born from a genuine calling to serve others and be about our Father’s business. Our mission extends far beyond the traditional confines of a ministry, reaching into the very fabric of communities and the lives of individuals often overlooked by society.
At the helm of this transformative movement are Dion and Erica Cashaw, both licensed ministers whose spiritual leadership and vision guide our path. Their commitment to serving God and the community is the cornerstone of our ministry. Alongside them, Tiana Cashaw, a founding member, brings her passion and dedication to our mission, embodying the spirit of multigenerational service that defines The House of Faith.
At its core, The House of Faith is driven by three fundamental principles:
Empowering Ministries
We help other ministries exist and thrive by assisting them in getting their business affairs in order. Our goal is to enable these ministries to focus on their spiritual calling while we support their operational needs.
Marketplace Ministry
We guide individuals aged 12 and up to answer the call for marketplace ministry, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to integrate their faith into their professional lives.
Front-Line Service
We position ourselves on the front lines when it comes to serving individuals who are less fortunate and often overlooked by society. Our hands-on approach ensures that no one is left behind.
Goal: Open a Physical Building Soon – Our vision is to establish a dedicated facility where people can gather for worship, receive support, and build a strong faith-based community. This building will serve as a hub for our outreach programs and ministry work.
Theological School – We are committed to providing spiritual education through a theological school, equipping future ministers and faith leaders with the knowledge and training they need to serve effectively.
The House of Faith is not confined to a physical location – it’s a movement that meets people where they are, both spiritually and physically. Our initiatives include:
- Providing meals and essential supplies to those experiencing homelessness
- Organizing holiday gift drives for families in need
- Offering mobile shower units and clothing donations to restore dignity to the less fortunate
- Mentoring young people to discover their calling in both faith and professional life
- Consulting with other ministries to strengthen their operational foundations
Led by Dion and Erica Cashaw, along with the support of founding member Tiana Cashaw, The House of Faith combines spiritual guidance with practical assistance. We believe that faith without works is dead, and we strive to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community and beyond.
